How to Load the Marble Slabs into the Container & Truck?
Slabs can be loaded in 3 different ways according to your request as follows:
A) Wooden Bundles:
Slabs 3 cm thickness: Maximum 64 pcs (Average of 250 sqm up to 280 sqm)
Slabs 2 cm thickness: Maximum 96 pcs (Average of 375 sqm up to 420 sqm)
For wooden bundles, we load in 20" Dry Open Top containers.
B) A-Shape Steel Frame:
We don't recommend this method as it has less capacity, but we can do it upon your request.
C) Direct Slabs' Loading (Chinese Way of Loading):
Usually used for rough or brushed antique finished slabs. It has three advantages:
Loaded quantity can reach up to 460 sqm.
It is $1.00 less than wooden bundles or A-Shape steel frame.
We load in 20" Dry Box containers, which are more available and have cheaper sea freight rates.
