-1. Our pressing machine is 80 tons, the weight is heavy enough to make sure low water absorption. So the weight of pressing machine is very importan. We can do it well for you.

-2. We make sure to medium-High heat solidfy(80℃-90℃), heat enough, glue melt, bled into pores if heat enough.

-3. We use OT curing agent to make it, the cost will be higher. The price will be higher 6 times than other cheaper curing agent.

-4. We use Coupling Agent to make sure high adhesiveness for the quartz&glue.Never use Ca, it is not allow.

-5. Cut to size by advanced CNC machine
